KILZ Chalk Spray Paint is a premium matte finish with enhanced adhesion, suitable for multiple surfaces. This product is perfect for upcycling furniture, offering a quick-dry formula and high durability. Ideal for both indoor and outdoor projects, it can be used on wood, metal, plastics, cast stone, wicker, and more. For added enhancement, use KILZ Clear or Dark Sealing Wax. The comfort tip reduces finger fatigue, ensuring a smooth application.

Coverage rate of 12 sq.ft. per can, depending on surface texture, porosity, and application method. It is recommended to apply multiple thin coats to prevent dripping and sagging, allowing each coat to dry before re-coating. Dries to touch in 15 minutes, with a re-coating time of 45 minutes. Temperature and humidity can affect dry time and final appearance. Shake the can vigorously for 1 minute before and during use.

Prior to applying KILZ Chalk Spray Paint, ensure that the project surface is clean, free of dust, grease, wax, peeling paint, mold, and mildew. Wash if necessary with a non-soapy detergent or TSP substitute, rinse well, and allow to dry. For optimal adhesion on difficult surfaces, apply a coat of primer like KILZ Original oil-based Primer/Sealer/Stainblocker or KILZ Premium water-based Primer/Sealer/Stainblocker.

Ventilation is required during application and drying, avoid inhaling vapors. Do not use on surfaces previously painted with KILZ Chalk Style Paint.
